As you might have noticed, I've started posting some new pictures taken with my new camera (Nikon D5300). These will be posted in my new "Nikon Photography" folder. As there is quite a few (nice-looking, I think) photos that I haven't shared yet that have been taken with my old Acer compact, I've decided that I'll be posting both the new ones and old. For that I've reserved another folder titled "Acer Photography", for people to easily tell those pictures apart. There is also "Other Photography" folder for pictures I've taken with other equipment (i. e. mostly mobile phone photos). That is all. Thank you for your support and attention.  

I'm proud to say that I've successfully received my bachelor degree and as a reward I got a fantastic brand new Nikon D5300 - which, sadly, I have no idea how to control as of yet. Nevertheless, I'm ecstatic that soon enough I might finally be able to take pictures in a quality I've always hoped for. Fingers crossed!

The theme of this year for me was drawing the line. Cutting ties that chafed and shackled me. Strangely enough it's often people that we love and depend on the most that continuously hurt and mislead us. Sometimes deliberately. Sometimes they change abruptly and inexplicably. Sometimes they offhandedly insult us, unleash rage at us that we have not caused and make us question our goodness and feel guilty for who we are, tell us we are paranoid when we confront them. And destructively we cry and forgive them, forgetting our own needs. I decided that I will no longer be vilified in such a way. I refuse to be held guilty of the body I was born
